Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges after 30 days of receiving your order. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Item is no as described or needs to be changed os size.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
We will offer a full refund or exchange if the item delivered is in perfect condition and unused and also if its shipped back to our offices at: 142 Pompano Beach Dr, Kissimmee FL 34746. It must arrive to our offices, before 30 days of ordering, is you want a full refund.
Note: Samlys will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 - 5 business days for United States. Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and other countries can take from 5 - 7 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses.
